His nephew, Benoir Hagenmeyer, is a Trainee Doctor in his hospital.
He is very methodic and has very strict policies regarding visiting hours and physical contact between the staff. There are no exceptions to the rules.
In the need to have a word with Jacques Marquet, George Stobbart asks the owner of the clinic, Hagenmeyer, to let him pass. This is not possible because he is not neither a relative nor a friend.
