He suffers from Hay Fever (Pollinosis) which makes him sneeze, a lot. Also, he has an interesting sense of humour, assuming it's humour.

- He firmly believes the Castle of Lochmarne is haunted.
- What he doesn't know, is that he is thought to be the Lochmarne Phantom due to the terrorific noises he makes when he sneezes while he is near the castle.
